ENTRY 5 - CHARITY OF THE MONTH - DECEMBER 2022

MERCY RELIEF

Mercy Relief is a UK based charity that specialises in providing urgently needed aid to families living in warzones and areas of natural disasters. The charity has funded and developed support infrastructures in a number of cities which has enabled them distribute food, medical aid, water and other life-saving resources to the most needy.

 DONATION -  

Our donation this month went to the Bread Factory Project in Yemen. 

 Approximately 16 million people in Yemen cannot put food on their tables and the risk of famine-like conditions is increasing each day. Mercy Relief’s bread factory project supports 12 bakeries, providing essential bread to over 28,000 people every day. 

Our contribution this month has helped provide bread to almost 1000 people.
